The Person
Reporting to the Head of Perm, this opportunity is suited to an individual who is passionate about providing a consultative search style approach.
You will be able to demonstrate the ability to provide a highly consultative service from end to end, working on mid to senior level appointments.
This would suit someone strategic, who is a natural networker, intellectually curious, engaging, not afraid of detail (these are mid to senior briefs and mandates).
Client contacts are typically steered towards MD’s/ C-Suite of Consulting firms or C-Suite within Corporates and senior level candidates – therefore you can demonstrate high quality recruitment behaviours and processes around all thing’s client and candidate generation and management.
Internally this is solid team with no “lone rangers”, ideally suited for individuals who like to give as much as they receive - as a supportive, enabling and collaborative colleague.
A background in either, Strategy, Consultancy, Change or Financial Services recruitment is preferable.

The Role:
Opportunity to work in a strong Perm Team of 4 Consultants.
Working with a range of clients from Investment Banks, Consultancies, Private Equity firms, Consumer organisations
You will be responsible for placing mid senior level appointments across the Strategy, Consulting and Transformation market
Roles are 80% exclusive contingent with 20% retained
Fees are between £15k - £20k with salaries levels up to £150k
This role requires someone very detail led, who enjoys researching information and building relationships
With a historic client base to work with, you will also be tasked with continuing to grow out new leads.
Business development is very warm, you will be well supported by marketing tools.
