The Person
Experienced Design recruitment professional from a Permanent and or Freelance contingency background
Would suit someone with recruitment experience in the Design market and a consistent billing track record.
Perhaps you have reached a stage in your career where you are looking to work more autonomously.
Do you enjoy the design market but want to work with a stronger network of the best brands and agencies?
You will still enjoy working as a 360 recruiter and be comfortable opening doors and building relationships.
Must enjoy candidate sourcing and networking to help identify and attract the best talent.
Would suit someone bright, relationship led, with a desire to be successful in a small team.

The Role
Joining a successful team of 6 working across the creative marketplace, looking to grow out a new area within Designed to complement the current business.
You will be working alongside a successful recruiter returning from maternity leave to both develop the Design market together.
Utilising an existing client base of top agencies and brands, there will be live roles to work on from the start.
Operating a dual desk, typical positions range from Artworkers to Design Directors both freelance and permanent.
Salaries ranging from £25k -£120k + with an average placement fee between £6k - £12k.
However, this is not an account management role and business development will be expected, so important you enjoy creating opportunities.
Expectation of billing will be £250k-£300k when desk is up and running.
