Senior Recruitment Consultant – Office Support
Basic to £50k, OTE c.£80-100k

The Person:
The ideal candidate will have experience within the London office support market.
Happy to build a desk, this is a full 360 role.
Well-presented and articulate.
Able to work collaboratively within a successful team.

Must be an excellent networker and really good at building relationships.

Previous recruitment within a recruitment agency environment is essential.

The Role:
This role would suit a senior consultant looking to work in a very autonomous environment.
As you build your own desk, you will have the support of a marketing team who process a lot of collateral including salary surveys and market updates which can be used to leverage business.
You’ll have a significant lapsed client list to leverage from.
You will be involved in the split rotation system for when clients call in with new roles.
The company encourages splits.
If desired, they are happy for you to work roles outside of EA/Office Support, they often fill roles within HR and Marketing as an example.
Subject to performance, there is a real opportunity to progress within the business.
