The Person:
Recruitment Consultant /Senior Consultant, with experience of placing Permanent roles across the Risk and Operations, or Financial Services recruitment markets
Would ideally suit someone looking to work in a rewarding, collaborative environment
Client looking for someone with experience in financial services or a senior recruiter in Risk or Operations with excellent market knowledge/track record
A track record of minimum billing over £150k +preferably
Consultative approach with quality at the heart of your approach
Would enjoy working in a friendly, established and supportive team, offering a nurturing culture
Must be a 360 recruiter who enjoys developing both candidate & client relationships

Recruitment Consultant/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join an established market focusing across Risk/Operations perm roles
Opportunities range from £45-180k but typically £50-100k covering the whole spectrum
A warm opportunity offering part of an established client network split across team
You will have the opportunity to build relationships straight away and live roles may be passed over
Clients include Banks, Brokers, Private Banks, Asset Management firms
Working with two talented team members billing £200k +
A lucrative market offering a min fee of £13k +
A career path is available to progress to management in the future if desired
Super commission scheme, offering you the chance to make commission immediately
