The Person:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for recruitment and executive search. The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in recruitment, ideally within an environment where you have worked on exclusive roles/some retained roles
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A proven track record in sales, recruitment, or business development
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships through networking
A proactive and resilient attitude
Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities
French language skills are beneficial
A background in Healthcare, Clean Energy, Financial Services, or Private Equity is advantageous
A connection to Africa or an understanding of the region is preferred
A great networker who is naturally curious and passionate about making a difference in businesses in this region

The Role:
As a Search Consultant, you will:
Develop and manage client relationships within your specialist sector
Identify and engage with high-calibre candidates through headhunting and networking
Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets
Work collaboratively with colleagues to drive business growth
Stay updated with industry trends and market intelligence
Contribute to mailshots and insights through the company database to attract new business
Conduct in-depth briefings with clients and present well-researched candidate shortlists
Ensure candidates undergo evidential assessments, and compiling detailed reports on shortlisted candidates
Work on Executive-level searches, including CFOs, CEO’s, General Managers, HR Directors, BD Directors and Board Appointments amongst others.
