The Person:
Experienced Interim Recruiter and Perm Recruitment Consultant looking to work in a 360-recruitment role
HR experience preferred but will consider strong commercial recruitment backgrounds
Track record of growing out a successful client network across a diverse market
Consultative approach required to build strong long-term relationships
Ambitious and self-motivated who is driven to succeed
Effective communication skills to work with candidates and clients at all levels
Confident and professional approach

The Role:
Working as part of a successful, growing HR team of 3, completing a 360 role
Seeking a successful Interim HR Recruiter working across sectors, and a Perm HR Recruiter into Tech or Manufacturing
Roles range from mid – senior level and salaries from start from £40k - £100k +
You will be able to capitalise on their existing client market to build out this area proactively
Ability to resource candidates through a variety of methods and create a strong pipeline
Billing expectation in first year £150k + once you are successfully up and running
You will be provided with all the tools and training to support the role
Working in a collaborative and professional manner will be key to the growth of this division
