The Role:
Warm opportunity to work across their industry teams – Digital Marketing, Tech Sales or Digital Media.
All Consultants will be offered a warm desk with client//jobs to work on right away in addition to a jobs list of 5-10.
Their approach involves using executive search methodologies including market mapping.
You will be required to create and build a candidate network.
Roles are 95% perm opportunities and sit across £80-£150k.
70% of their clients include advertising tech or marketing tech clients, the other 30% is B2B tech companies across Fintech, AI, Cyber Security, etc.
The ability to generate a candidate network using LinkedIn headhunting, their database (Bullhorn) and advertising.
Working with top industry brands including Yahoo, Warner Bros, Disney, The Telegraph etc.
