The Person:

  • You are totally passionate about your recruitment career to date placing PR, Corporate Communications, Digital Communications and Marketing Communications talent.

  • Ideally, but not essentially, your client and candidate network are around Not for Profit and Healthcare.

  • Having developed your expertise in this sector, you’re proud of your ability lead and win new business pitches, whilst demonstrating a high degree of credibility and confidence dealing with senior clients and candidates alike.

  • Smart, proactive, engaging, interested in the world around you, and highly ambitious – you are now seeking a new environment to develop your career in headhunting and producing results in line with your untapped potential.

  • Being interested and interesting, you are an expert in your field and renowned for providing insightful career development advice for candidates at Senior Manager, Head and Director level.

The Role:

  • Consultant to play a key role in the growth of their Communications, PR, MarComms and Public Affairs recruitment into the Not for Profit or Healthcare sectors.

  • Their expertise is strong across the entire Communications spectrum and have built a prestige reputation particularly around Public Affairs, Policy and Internal Communications.

  • Leveraging from a premium client portfolio, you will be working with and placing Managers to Senior Heads/ Director level PR, Communications and Public Affairs specialists

  • A 360 role, the position will require Business Development to establish relationships as well as managing the entire candidate journey.

  • As a business, c50% of mandates are retained and overall, 70% of business is won and worked on an exclusive basis.

  • Their style of Business Development is more in line with thought leadership and knowledge sharing, building long term relationships and networks.

  • To this end you will be supported with excellent “brand building” through content creation and events and excited to utilise these tools as a way of establishing your own credibility among clients and candidates alike.
