The Person:
Experience in the Property recruitment market
A successful track record of results
Exposure to working with senior level appointments or having done retained work
A solid CV history
Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively with clients
Credible, professional and ambitious

The Role:
An opportunity to lead a high performing team of 7 within the Property market who recruit board-level, mid- to senior-executive, and management roles
If someone has Banking and FS experience as well then, then our client is open to someone managing an additional team of 4.
To note that this is a hands on billing role, working on roles from £75k to £175k, mix of retained and contingent.
Discipline within property is flexible, the current incumbent works across A&F
The current incumbent specialises in CFO hires across property
Focusing on expanding markets such as Affordable Housing, Residential Development, Private Rented etc.
