The Person
At Management/Leadership level yourself, from an Accounting, Professional Services, Banking or Financial Services recruitment background
With a genuine interest in the financial markets, you have the credibility and confidence to operate at the senior level when engaging and working with clients.
A job rich and candidate short sector – your background includes markets where candidates are at a premium yet know how to remain visible in your space and enjoy creating and nurturing senior level candidate networks.

The Role:
Due to an international internal move, the position reports to a Senior Director, in a role heading and leading the Advisory, Insolvency, Restructuring and Corporate Finance specialism.
The current Director will be in place to support you and work closely with you until their international move in early Q2, 2025.
The team have long standing relationships with the major players of these fields working with Big 4 accounting practices, specialist insolvency and advisory firms, as well as full spectrum of mid-tier practices and independent insolvency practitioners.
A billing position, with personal focus on senior level £90k to £250k mandates – won on exclusive contingency and occasional retained work.
Initially managing a small team of consultants from Junior to Principal level who will benefit from your excellent coaching, development, and day to day guidance.
