Delivery Consultant - Tech and Change & Transformation

The Person

  • Experienced Tech OR Change & Transformation recruitment experience

  • Track record of performance and good understanding of the Tech or Transformation/Change market,

  • Perhaps you would prefer generating candidate relationships, focusing on building a candidate network/pipeline.

  • Should be organised, methodical, great attention to detail, confident to run an end to end process

  • You will need a good track record in your field.

  • Would suit someone who is relationship led, proactive, methodical, detailed, consultative in your approach.

  • Team collaboration is important.

The Role

  • Joining a successful team of 6, to work alongside the Managing Director

  • Assisting on existing client accounts/roles to source high level candidates within the Tech, Change & Transformation space. 

  • Permanent and Contract appointments, salaries typically £60k– £130k with an average fee of £18k

  • Working with a range of well regarded Investment management organisations

  • Providing a diverse range of consultancy solutions

  • Attending client meetings alongside the team and Managing Director to help understand the briefs.

  • The current team all have a wealth of experience and senior recruiters bill over £500k +

  • To enjoy working collaboratively within the team and liaising closely with the MD
