The Person:

  • Seeking a passionate experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant within the Perm Digital Tech sector.

  • Experience in perm recruitment with an ideal min billing of £120k - £150k +

  • Must have a passion for the digital market space  

  • Ambitious and career focused there is an opportunity to progress and grow a team

  • Must have a customer centric attitude and be confident to develop relationships   

  • Would suit good energy, drive and self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail

The Role;

  • 360 Recruitment Consultant to operate in the Digital Tech perm space.

  • Offered an autonomous working environment, to join a small team looking to expand

  • Roles include Software Front end, Back-end platform, Fullstack,

  • Salaries start at £80k upwards, with an attractive average fee of £15k – £20k +

  • Working with exciting and prestigious client sectors on the client side

  • There is a client network to use including dormant clients with terms in place

  • Must be happy to create a new market and will need BD skills and self motivation

  • Fast track opportunity to become a Team Leader and grow a team if desired
