The Person
Experienced IT /Tech recruitment professional from a Permanent or Interim contingency background
Would suit someone with a strong understanding in the Tech or Change market, able to work quickly and across all levels.
You have reached a stage in your career where support and collaboration are welcome, but hand holding is not needed.
You want to operate solely across the IT /Tech market within Commerce and Industry
You are a strong consistent biller able to work in a full 360 capacity and comfortable building a network in your space.
Alternatively, you work in a related sector but have a strong understanding of the tech space and able to pick things up quickly.
Would suit someone hungry, confident, able to hold their own, self-motivated and proactive.

The Role
Joining a successful team of 5, to help grow out an existing market within the Tech, Change and Transformation space.
The current team all have a wealth of experience as senior recruiters in their market and all bill over £500k +
You will be supported by a high performing senior recruiter billing £600k +
Typical roles placed include Software Engineers, Architects and Developers on an Interim and or Perm basis.
Already established in this market, you will be working with an existing client base and live roles will be passed over to you.
However, business development is still a key part of the role, so must suit someone who is confident they can open doors, run a process and create opportunities.
Expectation for the 2nd year is £250k.
This is a desk that will require patience, further development and someone to be in for the longer game.
