Recruitment Consultant – Tax
Basic to £45k, OTE c. £100k

The Person:
Looking for someone with exposure to the Tax market, Accountancy and Finance or another Professional Sector.
Someone who is very good at building relationships, clients are already in place, so this is a very candidate driven sector.
Must have a track record of success.
Someone interested in working in a specialist lucrative market.
Someone who really enjoys the delivery side of the role, you will be given a portfolio of clients to work with from day one.
They are looking for someone competitive, ambitious with a good sense of humour who likes to work in a team environment.
The Company:
The largest team in the UK specialising in Tax.
Majority of clients they work with are within Practice, C&I and Financial Services.
Trust is at the heart of everything they do as they only require their consultants to be in the office 2 days a week.

Typically, the fees are higher than most recruitment fees.
Tax is a really interesting market.
The Role:
Joining a desk that has the potential to bill £250k per annum, working with a range of prestigious clients in Practice/Management Consultancy.
Build significant relationships with the key partners and internal recruiters of each firm.
Whilst this is a full 360 role, there will be roles to work on from day one.
You will be supported by a fantastic manager who has over 16 years’ experience in this market.
