The Person:
Experienced Recruitment Consultant with experience from Life Sciences recruitment or another professional market sector
Would ideally suit someone looking to work in a niche, specialist but highly rewarding market
Demonstrate ability to develop a 360 desk and control a process
Would suit someone who enjoys detail, utilising a system and working in a process led way
Attitude is key and this environment will suit a bright, detailed, very self motivated, individual who is looking to be part of a growing business in a niche, exciting industry.
Strong relationship building skills, liaising with Executive level client contacts including CEO’s who are highly educated and expect you understand their markets

The Role:
Recruitment Consultant to join the UK/Europe or US teams
Working with small – midsized manufacturers of medical devices including Bio Tech and Pharma firms.
Will be working in a 360 role across Permanent and Interim positions
Roles are typically management level and upwards, for example, Regulatory Manager, Quality Manager, Senior Quality Manager, Head of Dept, Area Sales Manager
Speaking with clients at Executive level or CEO level
Salary’s range between £80k – £150k but packages can be up to £350k!
Lucrative industry working with min fees of £15k but can be upwards of £30k +
Culture is very process led, and require high levels of detail and systems kept updated
Will be given plenty of training and advice.
