The Person:
Our client is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join an established high growth agency.
There are a few divisions within this exciting agency where you could fit including Fashion & Luxury Goods, Drinks, or Beauty & Fragrance Divisions covering either Marketing, Digital/Social, Sales, Product Life Cycle or Operations disciplines.
You will be working with the biggest names in Fashion, Retail, Luxury Goods and Consumer Goods.
This agency works in a proactive and creative way to provide a genuine consultancy model, alongside having in-depth industry knowledge.
You will already be a Recruitment Consultant with previous experience looking for that next step up.
Commercial Awareness - You will be comfortable working directly with clients and building client relationships.

You will be supported by an incredible Director, who has over 15 year’s experience within this sector. He will fully support you, guide and help you succeed and has ongoing training in place.

The Role of a Recruitment Consultant:
Building long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Speaking to candidates over the phone to understand their job search.
Registering candidates over video call and in person.
LinkedIn searches and market mapping.
Coordinating interviews.
Business Development.
Taking feedback following interviews and sending to clients
Writing job ads and advertising roles to various job boards
Taking detailed briefs from clients both in-person and over the phone
Updating the CRM database and ensuring best practice
Assisting with the organisation of roundtable events and networking
