​Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant – HR

Basic c. £30-45k

OTE £80k+

Based Central London

The Person:

  • Would suit an experienced HR Recruitment Consultant or from the Professional Services recruitment sector

  • Able to work in a vibrant, buzzy environment, managing and prioritising multiple relationships.

  • Would suit someone who enjoys working with a corporate client base i.e.. financial and professional services space

  • Experience of having built a desk, completing BD in a 360 role and working in a consultative and professional manner

  • Strong candidate sourcing skills including headhunting, networking and attending/host events

  • Must be focused on quality and enjoy building long term relationship and sharing information.

  • You should enjoy working in a collaborative, team environment and have strong communications skills.

  • Would suit someone, professional, detailed, self motivated, strong communication and confident.

The Role:

  • To join a high performing Manager on their HR Division looking to expand their brand

  • Fantastic scope to work across HR roles from £35k – £120k but can be up to £180k

  • Taking over a warm desk with live roles, that has billed over £100k this year

  • Roles are mostly perm with some FTC’s, many are exclusive opportunities & some retained at senior level

  • With an average fee around £10k + this is a huge opportunity to work in a lucrative area

  • 75% of their clients are Private Equity, alternative investment firms, with 25%, professional services- legal firms etc

  • The market is picking up and they took 6 new roles last week, so feeling optimistic about growth for next year

  • The team and company do lots of events and roundtables with their clients, which are great for networking

  • Must enjoy building client relationships including attending and hosting events

  • Ability to work in a detailed and consultative manner. There is lots of collaboration between teams.
