  • An established recruiter in the Qualified / Senior Finance space within Commerce & Industry.

  • You know you love recruitment, and you're good at it — BD doesn’t scare you, you enjoy it, and you know how to build lasting client relationships.

The Role:

  • Join the C&I Perm team, reporting into a highly experienced Director, and focusing on the Qualified to Senior Finance market. This isn’t a cold desk – you’ll have a couple of roles on day one and access to a rich database, a history of lapsed clients, and previous warm accounts across C&I.

  • There's huge opportunity for someone commercial, credible, and motivated.

  • This is a classic 360 role, but with real backing – brand, tools, and leadership support. You’ll be encouraged to build your niche, shape your patch, and play a senior role within the team – both in delivery and leadership.
