The Person
Experienced Accountancy recruitment Consultant to grow out a Perm Part Qualified desk in the Charities and Not for Profit market.
Will need someone with Perm Accountancy experience who enjoys working at the Part Qualified level
Would suit an experienced person who welcomes support and collaboration but seeking some autonomy
Whilst this is very much a 360 BD role – it would suit someone looking to work with a lovely, loyal client base, building close relationships and not be just another recruiter.
This is a warm sell, so would suit someone who prefers leveraging off relationships and networking in their style.

The Role
Fabulous opportunity for an experienced Perm Consultant to join their growing team from 4 to 6.
This opportunity will allow someone to grow out a perm desk focusing specifically on Part Qualified Accountancy into Charities & Not for Profit space.
A busy market, they have 150 active clients to tap into and many opportunities for cross over and leveraging off existing connections.
It is a warm sell and clients are loyal, great to work with and there is little competition
Although it is warm, business development is still a key part of the role, so must suit someone who is confident to build relationships and create opportunities.
The current team all have a wealth of experience in this market and are happy to provide support .
Billings in this space year to date have been over £200k, there is plenty of volume.
