The Role:
Working as part of a successful team they are looking for a junior Recruiter to join their Fintech team.
Working alongside a high performing Director you be learning at first hand
Understanding your candidates will be key, so your first 6 months will be focusing on this area, learning industry terminology, knowledge of the market and how to build a successful network
You will have the opportunity to earn commission as a result of your efforts from day 1
After 6 months you can start to transition to work with clients under the guidance of the Director and start to develop your own client network
You will need the ability to communicate professionally both in writing and verbally
Able to build relationships and pick up information quickly.
