The Person:

  • Must be incredibly passionate about what the company is doing as a brand.

  • Confident on the phone and video and tech savvy

  • A natural salesperson (no formal training needed) with a love for the tech industry

  • Confident, professional, with excellent communication skills

  • Confident to develop client relationships and source candidates

  • Money motivated

The Role:

  • Speaking to candidates over video chat 

  • Being the key point of contact for your accounts and providing a high level of service

  • Ensuring the CRM is updated to show your pipeline of candidates in interview processes 

  • Dedicating a day a week to speaking to new candidates and providing them free advice/help

  • Headhunting candidates for roles 

  • Ensuring all stages of interview processes are handled with care and you are the middle person between the candidate and the clients

  • Keeping up to date with industry affairs and being a brand ambassador for the company
