The Person:
Seeking an Experienced Recruiter working within Marketing
Exposure to Perm and Contract ideally along with Professional Services
Able to work in a collaborative and consultative way with clients & candidates
Ability to develop, network and build relationships is really key
Would suit someone who is self-driven and highly motivated to be successful

The Role:
Seeking an experienced Marketing Recruiter to join their team of 5, due to growth
A dual desk opportunity, this is mostly perm with some FTC roles
The desk is warm, as you will be working with a long-established client network
Some BD will be required in order to build out the client network further.
75% of their clients are Legal firms and 25% Professional Services organisations
The team structure is split by level of positions and for this hire will range from £35k – £80k +
A lucrative market, their average fee of £12k+
Top billers are generating over £300k +
The expectation would be working towards billing over £200k once up and running.
