Basic c. £45,000 - £60,000
Realistic OTE: £100k+, Uncapped Commission

The Person:
Senior level experience in Public Sector recruitment, particularly within IT & Digital/Change & Transformation
Proven track record of high billing figures (£400-500k+ annually)
Strong client network and ability to build long-term relationships
Experience placing contractors and winning SOW (Statement of Works) relationships
High personal standards, professional integrity, and a proactive approach
Ability to work autonomously in a mature and low-maintenance environment

The Role:
Focus on placing interim contractors in the IT & Digital/Change & Transformation space within Central Government and ALBs
Manage and grow an existing warm client base while developing new client relationships
Work closely with Permanent Tech/Digital team and Central Government recruitment specialists
Place high-level talent, including Senior Project/Change Managers, CIOs, and Senior Tech/Digital experts
Opportunity to lead a small team or operate as an independent consultant
Achieve key milestones, including getting to 10+ contractors out within the first 12 months
