Basic c. £35-45k
OTE £75k+

The Person
You must be a 360 recruiter with proven experience of successfully working with both candidates and clients at the mid-to- senior level.
Ideally you have experience within any of the disciplines within the Insurance space with and current understanding of London or Regional markets.
You really care about your work and about the success of your team, taking ownership for your work and huge pride in what you do.

The Role:
Working in your chosen Insurance niche, become the go to expert in either Broking, Claims, Compliance, Operations, Underwriting and Actuarial recruitment.
Join a team who on average in 2023, each billed £29k per month – with the top Perm biller (£600k) and top Contract billers (£750k) of the Group for 2023 sitting in this division.
With warm roles from day one, you’ll operate in specialisms who they have chosen not to overcrowd – as they much prefer a handful of people do really well as opposed to multiple people performing averagely.
This division has a brilliant track record of developing Associate Consultants into Managing Consultants, Consultants into Associate Directors and bringing billing up to £400,000+
