The Person
This opportunity is suited to an individual who is passionate about providing a consultative search style approach to their candidates.
You will need come from a Temp/Contract background but seeking an opportunity to work in highly consultative style with mid – senior level appointments.
This would suit someone from a Research or candidate manager role, who is a natural networker, intellectually curious, engaging, who can think creatively and work at pace.
This is solid, collaborative team with no “lone rangers”, who work quickly and provide ideas together.
Strong resourcing capability is key for this role, strong linked in skills, someone able to network at events, gain referrals in addition to using their database.
A background in something relatable such as Strategy, Consultancy, Change or Financial Services recruitment is preferable.
This opportunity would also lend itself to a management role in the near future, for someone who would like to oversee a small sub team.

The Role:
Opportunity to work in their very established Contract /Interim Team of 9.
Your remit is a 180 candidate focused role, related to the research and sourcing of individuals for Contract/Interim work.
Working with a selection of clients from Investment Banks, Consultancies, Private Equity firms, Consumer organisations.
You will be responsible for sourcing mid - senior level candidates across the Strategy, Consulting and Transformation market.
Day rates are typically £500 - £1200.
This role requires someone very self-motivated, proactive, who understand how to network and build relationships.
You will need to gain referrals, attend events, utilise linked in and build a pipeline/network.
Working as part of a team, on roles from day one, you will need to be a confident communicator, it’s all hands-on deck.
You will liaise with Sales Team, who take the client brief and present back the short list to the client with a detailed summary.
You will be given a full induction, including shadowing colleagues and training for your first few weeks.
This is a great opportunity for a Researcher or Candidate Manager looking to take that next step towards a Search methodology and work in partnership with their candidates.
