Managing Consultant – Retail Store and Head Office roles within Fashion and Retail Recruitment 

Basic c. £45k

OTE £85k+

Hybrid – 3 days in the office

The Person:

  • Our client is looking for an experienced Team Leader / Managing Consultant who has a track record of success. 

  • They will cross train on sector, but you must have a genuine passion/knowledge for Fashion/Retail Sector. 

  • You will lead from the front and be happy to remain hands on billing.

  • The ideal candidate must be polished in presentation and have excellent communication skills.

  • You will also need to be commercially astute and have the desire and attitude to be successful.

The Role: 

  • You will be managing and developing a team of 3 consultants with the plan to grow and scale this team.

  • This is a hand on role recruiting for Store situated staff and a variety retail related head office positions to include Buyers, Merchandisers, Designers

  • Attend client meetings/ networking events, clients in this space have high expectations, so you will need to be credible and charismatic.
