Terms and Conditions
- We will pay you up to £250.00 as soon as your person has completed the required probationary period and we have received a fee for their introduction.
- For candidates placed within our regional client base ( i.e. outside the M25) or if they are a regional candidate coming into the London market, the referral fee paid will be reduced by £100 at each of the above levels.
- There is no limit to how many of your friends or colleagues you can recommend.
- In some instances when we work in partnership with another R2R firm you would be entitled to 50% of the referral bonus.
- To qualify for the referral scheme the candidate must not be registered with us or if registered we have not had contact with them in the last two years.
- Referrals are valid for 6 months from the date the candidate was referred. In the instance where a candidate is introduced by more than one person, the 1st referrer only will qualify for the referral bonus.
- The candidate must complete 13 weeks employment for the referrer to qualify for a referral bonus.
- Please note, referrals will not qualify for the scheme if Ruella James is already aware of the candidate.
- Payments will only be made on the first placement, for example, if Ruella James places the same candidate on a future occasion, a second referral bonus will not be paid to the original referee.
- Only permanent placements qualify.
- Ruella James decision will be final on all disputes.
