Rachel has over 25 years Recruitment experience and spent many years working with Founders, Owners, Directors and Managers who have the vision and drive to take their recruitment businesses to the next level. She brings extensive understanding to experienced and senior candidates who are seeking to make a move in their recruitment career.
Describing herself as a “recruitment geek” – Rachel’s diverse background within recruitment includes working in consultant to managerial level, owning her own recruitment business as well as sales and recruitment coaching, from Rookie to Executive level.
When out of the office Rachel enjoysnothing more than grappling with an impossibly hard to build flat pack piece of furniture (she has an enviable collection of allen keys!). Often assisting her in this is her 8kg cat Calvin Harris (named after the DJ) – whom she hasn’t yet told is a cat and been told by her family and friends she has totally “humanised”. Family and friends are at the centre of Rachel’s world. Given her gregarious personality, most people are surprised to learn she could sit quietly enough to achieve Grade 6 piano. True crime, documentaries, history and current affairs is where you’ll find her remote control constantly “flipping”.
Rachel’s 3 personal values to live and work by are Transparency; empathy; respect
