The Person:
Are you an experienced recruiter looking to hone your present experience in a niche SPORTS recruitment company ??? If you feel you have the drive, energy and commitment and maturity to run your own desk ( business unit ) as a Recruitment Consultant then contact Ruella James ASAP !!!
Our client are looking to hire the best experienced  Recruitment Consultants in the market. The ideal candidates will have professional  recruitment experience possess strong communication and people skills be articulate, charismatic and well presented. You MUST have a passionate for sport and history of sporting achievements ! You be must be a fast learner and have the ability to think on your feet, this is an every changing market and you will be dealing with high-end decision makers.
The Company:
For many years our Client have been a  niche recruiter in the SPORTS space - they have 4 brands, contingency, UK, International and Executive Search. The company is lead and motivated by the Chief Executive, an extremely well re-known Executive Search Consultant, still billing 6 figure annually !!     Clients are mainly within the Agency, Media, Clubs/Teams and Gaming markets with Sports.  In the last few years they have expanded their team from 15 – 20 and are looking to grow by another 50% in the next 18 months are growing their business due to company success. They are market leaders with a laid back culture, dress down to mirror their clients. Consultants do work to targets however they are self sufficient and autonomous. Excellent training will be given.

The Role: 
This is a 360 role, where you will be part of a very successful establish team offering training and support. You will be required to build relationships with candidates and clients and successfully fill client requirements. You will be fully trained in all aspects of the industry process so you are capable of servicing candidates and clients at a very high level. You will be expected to business develop, write adverts, screen, vet, interview, short list, maintain database records and speak to candidates on a regular basis to gain market knowledge. A great opportunity for the right candidate. Must be willing to learn and keen to succeed.
