The Person:
Our client is looking for a high calibre individual, who is credible, self motivated and driven, who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, who has Resourcing experience or is willing to learn to be a Resourcer. With strong rapport building skills, you will be comfortable dealing at all levels both internally and externally, with the confidence and energy to fulfil the role successfully. You must possess strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to organise and deal with a high volume workload in a busy and successful environment.

They are recruitment specialists in the asset management, hedge fund, real estate, fund administration, trust & private equity sectors in the both the onshore and offshore markets. The Role: 
The main focus of this role is to proactively generate new candidates and clients. You will be expected to continually populate and update the candidate/client database and proactively search for new client contacts and be in regular contact with potential candidates (to generate brand loyalty and client leads). You must be comfortable using efinancialcareers, cityjobs and Linkedin to generate candidates for the team both for specific roles the business are recruiting but general candidate generation. This way, you will increase the number of candidates you register and number of client leads you can generate which will in turn lead to successful placements and commission! In addition you will manage the consultants diaries, book in candidate meetings and support the team generally. There is career development for the right candidate, should you wish to move into a more 360 sales role.
