Based from home, coming into London a couple of times a month. Must live within an easy commute of London


The Person:

- Researcher / Candidate Manager looking for a new challenge within a specialist and lucrative sector.

- Previous headhunting experience

- Excellent knowledge of Linked In

- Able to hit the ground running

- Proven experience within the recruitment sector

- High level of communication skills

The Role: 

We are looking for a Researcher to source candidates for all of our divisions.


The day to day role will include:

- Sourcing and vetting high quality candidates using job boards

- Writing adverts

- Head hunting through Linked In – must have experience

- Taking detailed job specifications from clients and resourcing candidates for these roles

- Able to work to tight deadlines, working on retained and contingency campaigns

- Using social media to generate awareness

- Candidates must be very computer literate

- Huge attention to detail and excellent written skills are very important for this role

- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are essential
