The Person:

This role will ideally suit someone who has managed a legal recruitment team that recruits in any of the following areas: in house, commercial or civil.  You will have a proven track record of growing and developing a team, whilst also managing your own desk.   You will need to be credible and confident to deal at Senior level with clients and candidates!  You will be motivated, organised with excellent communication skills.

The Role: 

This is a hands on billing role managing a team of experienced and dedicated legal recruiters.   This area of the business has placed permanent and locum lawyers into in-house, private practice, commercial, civil and public sector positions for over 25 years.  Their presence at the forefront of legal recruitment allows them to offer a tailored service, aligned to the specific ambitions of an organisation, as part of the management team you will further develop your market share and develop your team.
