EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGING CONSULTANTS OR SENIOR MANAGER REQUIRED FOR GROWING AND SUCCESSFUL DIVISIONS!

 

The Person:

Our client is happy to consider taking on a couple of Junior Managers to manage their Legal Finance and Practice Teams; or they can hire a Senior Manager to oversee both teams.  Commercial acumen and experience of recruiting A&F recruitment are essential.  You will have proven ability to build and grow a client base; have the ability to adapt to a changing environment and a solid recruitment back ground.  You will have a positive attitude, supportive, hardworking, energetic.  Must be polished in presentation with excellent communication skills.

The Role: 

This is a great opportunity to join a successful business, this role will manage two A&F teams covering finance into Legal and Practice, which comprises of 9 staff.  This is a hands on billing role, that reports directly into the Director of the UK.  Lots of warm and established clients!  They have built strong, long-standing relationships with their clients and candidates which is a testament to the quality of service they provide, building networks predominantly through referrals.  Lots of networking/attending Events /Client meetings.
