The Person:
You will be an experienced manager within the recruitment industry who has a strong track record managing and developing teams successfully.  You will be able to lead from the front and be hands on with the recruitment teams. You will be someone who can really drive the business forward.  You must be polished in presentation with excellent communication skills.

The Company:
Work for an established Recruitment Consultancy with a strong brand and part of larger group.  They specialise in permanent, temporary, interim and contract positions, within the Engineering, Professional Services, IT, Banking & Financial Services sectors.  They have just moved into lovely new offices based a 2-minute walk from Reading train station (parking also available). Lots of training and career development are on offer.  Grown up/autonomous working environment.

The Role: 
Managing an established team (top consultant billed £350 last year), you will have direct management responsibility for 4 staff; with a growth plan to take on a further member of staff.  Your focus will be on further developing a Thames Valley client base.  Lots of Business development and account management will be required to grow the division, lots of cross selling from the Perm team / team interaction.  Flexible working hours are available!
