The Person:

You will have previous experience in managing a team and have risk recruitment experience.  You must be inspirational and have lots of drive.  Be well presented and have excellent communication skills.

Our client is a privately owned Financial Services Recruitment Consultancy, who have been established for over 15 years.  They have offices in London and Internationally and employ 130 Staff, many of which have been with the company for a long time! The Role: 

You will be a key member of the Banking & Asset Management team; and be responsible for managing a team of 4 staff with the view to growing the team.  You will set transparent career plans and enthusiastically lead and coach your team.  This is a billing manager role and you will also be happy to develop new business.  In terms of roles you will cover a range from BA’s through to PM’s in all areas of risk; from quant risk/front office support through to credit, market and operational risk as well as risk change.
