Sarah heads up the recruitment-to-recruitment division, and is responsible for placing experienced recruitment consultants in roles up to team leader throughout our high profile client base. Sarah also takes ownership of our key accounts, whilst managing and responding to new business, working in a range of market sectors from Professional & Financial Services to Creative and Media support.
Sarah has been a part of the Ruella James team since its inception, boasting an impressive 25 years of experience in recruitment. After working with founder and managing director Ruella Crouch in finance recruitment at The Abbatt Group, Sarah joined Ruella James and has been at the company ever since (only leaving for maternity leave)!
When out of the office, Sarah lives an extremely family-orientated life with her 3 children, and enjoys travelling and keeping fit, fuelled by good food of course!
